Why we started
We started this company because we lived through the broken IT consultancy system that so many international students and job seekers face.
As someone who navigated OPT and GC‑EAD processes, we saw agencies cut large percentages of pay, share resumes without permission, and offer minimal training. People were treated like numbers — not professionals. That experience motivated us to build something better.
We created a consultancy founded on transparency, fairness, and real support — ethical training, honest placement assistance, and a community-focused approach.
